Seasoned Agents - 80/20
New Agents - 70/30 for the first 5 Sales

Low yearly CAP - $12,000.00

$100 transaction fee after cap

Agent Referrals

When you join us, we have a feeling you'll be so excited that you'll want to bring some friends along with you. We want to thank you for trusting us with that relationship in a tangible way. The referring agent will receive 10% of the Broker's Split for every agent they bring in to our family, until that agent reaches their yearly CAP - for as long as they are with us.
